we dont hold any phyical goods in stock except for service kists so here are some terms and conditions we need to make clear when customers purchase forks and or rear shock

  • we will offer free postage where possible

  • we will check with the  customer after payment has been received to make sure any goods ordered are correct 

  • we can not be held responsible for damage of any kind to any item that occurs once the said item has left our premisis

  • we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post once they have left our premisis

  • we will furnish the customer with any and all informatin needed in the highy unlikely case of transit damage or loss

  • all goods will be sent via our courier APC and the items are fully insured, tracked and sent on a next day service once in posession of suspension inc

  • all goods sent will be thoroughly checked before dispatch for any damage or defects

  • we can not accept returns for any reason except if the item sent is faulty or the wrong item

  • any wrong/faulty items returned are returned at the customers expense and the customer must ensure that the item/s returned are sent via a reliable postal service and the item is fully insured to the correct amount of the purchased goods

  • we will deal with faulty items upto 14 days from date of purchase, after this time, items must be returned to the supplier

  • we will at our discretion sort any problems that may arise after 14 days or aid in returning the items to the supplier

  • it is solely down to the customer to ensure thats the goods ordered are the correct fit for their bike etc as returns can not be accepted for orders made in error. we will at our discretion speak with the specific supplier and attempt a return or exchange under certain circumstances
