when you've successfully booked in  and shipped or dropped off your suspension, the work then starts getting your suspension units up to speed. And by that we mean breathing a new lease of life into them and getting them feeling like new again.

on arrival here's what your suspension goes through with one of our suspension technicians:

  • the unit is booked in  as received on our system and any notes read through in preparation for the rebuild

  • fully checked over for any physical damage

  • a thorough test of all functions to ascertain performance parameters is carried out and  results noted along with all current settings

  • a full tear down is  performed down to component parts

  • all parts are  then thoroughly chemically cleaned

  • all parts are then checked for any type of ware or damage

  • if theres any concerns at this point the customer is contacted to discuss options going forward. we dont carry out any extra work beyond a service with out the customers express permission. you'll get no surprise costs with us!

  • the damper is then emptied of its old damping fluid and stripped, serviced and rebuilt with fresh oil and seals

  • all air spring seals are then replaced  with manufacturers replacement parts (or better) 

  • at this point we also add any upgrades agreed upon or perform any re-valving as discussed

  • the unit is then re-assembled with the new seals, oils and greases and a fresh gas charge where necessary

  • the unit is then run through a barrage of tests  on our specialized equipment to insure its working to specs or better

  • its then cleaned a second time and packed up ready for return

  • we'll then contact the customer for payment

  • once payment is received the unit is shipped fully insured on a next day service with a receipt enclosed

  • a text message or email is then sent to the customer informing them of a delivery date and tracking number

  • all suspension units serviced by us carry 3 month warranty on parts and a full 12 month warranty on workmanship

We usually use Parcel Force or Royal Mail to ship things back to the customer and a tracking number is sent via sms or email out on dispatch

we get a lot of units in the post but you are more than welcome to drop off and pick up your suspension just give us a shout first so we know to expect you
